I’m writing this from sunny California today – well not sunny yet but it’s only 7:30 am here! I had the most amazing time at The Renegade Crafts Fair this weekend – my aunt and cousin came with me and everyone left satisfied and with new things! I’m going to be posting some of the coolest, most inspirational here, the first of which is a hysterical company called I Heart Guts, which makes plush internal organs and magnets, stickers, etc too.
The stuffed organs are about 10 inches by 10 inches at their largest. They have everthing from lungs to ovaries and some t-shirts that would make my dad laugh, a true t-shirt test.
The above is a t-shirt with an image of two kidneys and then the slogan, When Urine Love!!!! They’ve also made some specialty plushies that keep up with the times. The below made me think of Zoolander.
The black lung… In addition to being extremely fun and creative the girls who were there at the craft fair were talking to everyone, super outgoing and sweet. They wanted to know why you were interested in a particular organ and if they had a product to suit your interests. What a great educational toy that’s super unique for kids! They sell them in whole sets of organs – smart!
